I have just, as in an hour ago, ordered my W950i from 3.
I'm truly excited about x-series, Skype especially. Is my phone ready now or will I have to buy a new phone? Is it just software I need to run these fab programmes...I need answers!!!

Does anyone know the pricing for the x-series tariffs?
Posted by: Paul Maunders | Nov 16, 2006 at 14:21
Hi. Pricing will be announced in early December in the UK and other countries as they launch the X-Series in early 2007.

Would be nice with a price, this sounds really great. But if its too expensive, its not worth anything..
It all comes down to the price.

Reports from the event suggest the pricing'll be £15-20 a month on top of your normal tariff:

This sound almost to good to be true. But as Lasse wrote, - it all depends on the price. But the £15-20 suggest by Steve is perfectly fine with me!

Looks pretty cool, all together! I wish good luck with the product launch but you guys have the best companies and products on-board; shouldn't go anything wrong.
Cheers
PS: An yes, the blog idea is another nice one. Would like to see more carriers would follow this as well!

Why oh why does god hate me?
Maybe a little to dramatic but I would love to start using the new service as soon as possible!
But I'm stuck in Sweden, for the first time I'm sad of not living in england ( I realy hate when i fly and have to change at hethrow, never works smoth :( ).
Guess I'll have to wait until early 2007.
Enjoy!

Doesn't mean anything if I can't use a generic handset to access Three's services!
Let us download certificates!

I am about to place order for Nokia N73 in UK. Will this N73 works with X-Series or will I have to get another n73 when X-Series be available? If i get the N73 now, will Three be able able to do firmware upgrade to include all the x-series apps?

Very interesting, I hope to see X-Series apps in Italy soon.

I see that you can only make calls to other Skype PC users or other people who have skype on their 3 mobile phones. Does that mean you can't make calls to landlines and mobile that dont have skype on them? If you cant isnt that pretty restricting?
